As with many websites, certain personal identifiable information is collected and stored during your visit as you interact with the site, information is also collected when entering giveaways, please see details below. Data Collected and Used

Interacting with the site in the following ways will lead to some personal identifiable data being collected and stored by this site. The following data is automatically collected and stored during your visit:

» When commenting on any post or page the following information is collected and stored: commenter’s name, email address, and site URL (if provided to the comment form), submission date/time, and IP address.

» If you decide to comment on any post or page while logged into and using a social media account (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+) your user ID on that account as well as website url (if available) and your email address (if available) may also be collected.

» This website uses Disqus for comments. Anti spam is enabled and the following is sent to Disqus for the sole purpose of spam checking: commenter’s name, email address, site URL, IP address, and user agent.

» When signing up for our newsletter, your name and email are collected and stored using MailChimp. You will not receive any other emails except these and are free to cancel these emails at any time.

» Your data will not be shared or sold to any third parties except in compliance with law authorities. You will not be contacted via email at any time, except in receiving updates as detailed above, unless you have expressly requested to be contacted in this way.

» When emailing us via direct email, all information in addition to your name, email and url address will be kept private and confidential and will only be used to directly respond to you via email. Any additional information you provide while contacting us will not be shared with any third parties and will be deleted after a reasonable period of time.

Activity Tracking

This site has cookies enabled by default. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your computer/browser when visiting this website. You are free to disable cookies and do not have to consent to their use.

This website uses Analytics.com service to provide general analytical information of all users activities including country location of users and which links are clicked and any search terms which may be used while looking on the website or entering the website via certain search engines. This information provides us with general details of where users come from and which posts/pages are most viewed.

Data Protection of Minors

This website is free to view by all ages. It is not the intention of CubeCity to collect personal information of those below the age of 16. There should be consent from a parent/guardian. Items for Purchase and Donations

You may donate to our organization through our website. For this we use third parties, such as PayPal and Indiegogo. We also offer our DVDs/CDs for sale at our online store (again, using PayPal). By donating or purchasing an item(s), you are consenting to be contacted via the email you have used to sign up. Your mailing address will be collected for the purpose of sending the item purchased, in the case of a donation, for the issue of a tax receipt.

CubeCity is not responsible for the storing and subsequent deleting of any information passed onto third parties (i.e. PayPal, Indiegogo, etc.)

Entering Competitions/Giveaways

Every so often, we hold a competition or giveaway on this website. This will require users participating to provide names and email addresses to enter. Details of individual competitions/giveaways will be included on the relevant posts as well as be included in the rules of that competition/giveaway. By entering, you are consenting to be contacted via the email you have used to enter. If using Rafflecopter and entering via a third party such as Facebook, this email address will be the one you registered with that third party.

Winners may be required to provide mailing addresses (where the prize is a physical item as opposed to a digital item). Winners names/user IDs may also be used in subsequent blog posts to identify the winner of the competition/giveaway. All information provided via any competition/giveaway will be kept until a valid winner is identified and contacted then all information of all entrants will be deleted.

CubeCity is not responsible for the storing and subsequent deleting of any information passed onto third parties during competitions/giveaways. CubeCity is also not responsible for any information sent to and stored on Rafflecopter, or similar competition holding site(s), where Rafflecopter is used for competitions/giveaways.

Changes to Policy
